Designed and assembled in the USA through an ISO 9001:2015 certified domestic supplier network. That keeps replacement parts stocked in the US and lets a common wear part ship overnight rather than sit in a container. The modular design is patent pending.
Two standard sizes. The 25″ × 25″ deck runs a 250 W motor and threads tight aisles and mezzanines. The 35″ × 35″ deck runs a 500 W motor and carries a wider container footprint over rough and outdoor ground. Non-standard dimensions can be produced to spec at the manufacturing stage.
On typical warehouse duty, the 250 W 25″ × 25″ unit runs about 10 hours on one 36V pack built with UL-rated cells and the 500 W 35″ × 35″ unit about 5 hours. Every unit ships with two packs, and both can run onboard at the same time — which doubles those figures to roughly 20 and 10 hours on a single charge cycle. You can also run one pack and keep the other charging, then swap in seconds.
